In her gap year she held the post of Organ Scholar at Lincoln Cathedral, where she was also Musical Director of the Lincoln Cathedral Chamber Choir. From 2008-2011 she was Organ Scholar at Christ's College, Cambridge, where she read Music, graduating with a first class degree and the prestigious Canon Greville Cooke prize. During her time at Cambridge University, Roxanne accompanied and directed Christ’s College Chapel Choir on three international tours (USA, Europe and Australia) and played for three recordings on the Regent label.

Roxanne is an experienced performer on the organ, and has played at Cologne Cathedral (Germany), Strasbourg Cathedral, Montpelier Cathedral (France), Melbourne Cathedral, Newcastle Cathedral (Australia), St Paul's Cathedral (Vermont)  and Washington National Cathedral (USA). In the UK she has performed in cathedrals at Ely, Southwell, Peterborough, Lincoln, Leicester, Norwich, St David's, Exeter and Salisbury, and given recitals in Cambridge, Bradford, Bedford, Oakham and around Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. She appeared frequently in concerts while at Cambridge, including directing Handel's Water Music, and a full-scale performance of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana in Cambridge’s University Church.  She has also conducted a number of concerts for English Heritage.

Roxanne has studied organ with Charles Harrison, David Sanger and Colin Walsh. She holds the Associateship Diploma of the Royal College of Organists, and has been a tutor on the Jennifer Bate Organ Academy. She has been an adjudicator for music competitions in Lincoln, Leicester and London.

Roxanne is passionate about working with young adult singers: she enjoys a vibrant choral life as Musical Director of Leicester University Chamber Choir, with whom she has recorded a CD and toured to Germany and Italy, and she was closely involved in setting up a new chamber choir at De Montfort University. Roxanne also teaches Organ at English Martyrs' Catholic School, and runs a busy private teaching practice based in Aylestone.
